Plaintiff in error, one of the defendants in, the court below, has brought the record in this suit to this court, by .writ of error, seeking to reverse the decree of the circuit court of McLean county, finding and decreeing that a partnership existed between plaintiff in error and defendant in error, and upon an accounting had, the decree finds in favor of defendant in error in the sum of $7,784.80, part of which it was ordered should be paid in cash, and a part should be distributed upon the sale and disposition of certain…
