hln 2012, appellant Eddie Silver Watkins entered a guilty plea to four counts of second-degree forgery in Case No. 30CR-10-33 in the Hot Spring County Circuit Court, and an aggregate sentence of 420 months’ imprisonment was imposed. He also entered a guilty plea to two counts of second-degree forgery in Case No. 30CR-10-34, and an aggregate sentence of 420 months’ imprisonment was imposed.
