Appeal is from judgment (order of commitment to the California Rehabilitation Center (CRC)) entered on a plea of guilty.

Defendant was represented by Mr. Lerman who represented him at the preliminary hearing; he pleaded not guilty to possession for sale of heroin, in excess of one-half ounce within the meaning of section 1203.07, Penal Code (count I) and possession for sale of cocaine (count II).
