This complex products liability case has been twice tried to a jury in Superior Court (Cumberland County), the presiding justice having declared a mistrial after the return of the jury’s verdict in the first trial. 1 Defendant J. I. Holcomb Mfg. Co. (hereinafter “Holcomb”), the manufacturer of the product that caused plaintiffs’ injuries, brings the present appeal from the judgment entered after the second trial.
