This is an action instituted by notice of motion for judgment by Anne Bland against the Warwickshire Corpora*132tion and Virginia Public Service Company to recover $40,-000 for personal injuries which she received in an automobile accident which she claims was caused by their negligence.
The material allegations of her notice are as follows:
