Tonnie Williams appeals his convictions following a jury trial in the United States District Court 2 for the District of Minnesota. The jury convicted Williams for (1) possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and (2) possession with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
