ORDER

JUSTICE, District Judge.

The facts of this controversy arise out of a 1964 licensing agreement entered into between the Petitioner, Schokbeton Products, Inc., as licensor, and the Respondent, Schokbeton Industries, Inc., as licensee. Under the agreement Respondent, Schokbeton Industries, Inc., in exchange for a stipulated royalty, obtained the exclusive right to manufacture and distribute Petitioner’s dry concrete products in Texas and certain parts of Louisiana.
