OPINION OF THE COURT BY
LE BARON, J.
This is an appeal by the father of two minor female children, presently aged nine and eleven years. The ap peal is from an order amending an amended decree of divorce between him and the mother of those children. The order primarily affects the joint custody of the children in both parents as originally decreed and reaffirmed on subsequent amendments. It was entered at the instance of a motion by the mother after a hearing upon an order to show cause.
