This appeal, originally to the Springfield Court.of .Appeals, was perfected by defendants from a-judgment for $1100 for plaintiffs, real estate brokers, in their action.for .one half of the commission as provided in an “Exclusive Listing Agreement.” The Springfield Court of Appeals affirmed the trial'court’s judgment, but transferred, the cause to this court on the stated ground of conflict of the opinion with a previous decision of the Kansas City Court of Appeals.
