COPELAND, Justice.

This case presents two questions for our consideration.(1) Did the trial court commit error in admitting the signed statement of the defendant into evidence? (2) Did the trial court commit error in denying defendant’s motion to dismiss his court-appointed counsel?

For the reasons outlined below, it is our decision that no error was committed by the trial court in either instance.
