Through this action, Plaintiff Jorge Mon-terrubio (“Plaintiff’) alleges that Defendant Best Buy Stores, L.P. (“Defendant”), failed to reimburse Best Buy supervisors and managers for the use of their personal vehicles for business. In particular, Plaintiff alleges violations of California Labor Code section 2802 and California Business and Professions Code section 17200 on behalf of himself and a putative statewide class.
