Appellants, a trustee in bankruptcy of Onondaga Operating Corp., hereinafter referred to as “ Onondaga ”, and Blitman, a purported creditor of Onondaga, allege in their complaint seven causes of action against the officers, directors and stockholders of Onondaga and Hotel Abbey Holding Corp., hereinafter referred to as “Abbey”, for transfers in fraud of creditors and in violation of section 15 of the Stock Corporation Law and section 60 of the General Corporation Law.
