ORDER

This case is now before the court for consideration of plaintiffs’ motion to substitute parties and plaintiffs’ objections to defendants’ requests for admission.

In their motion to substitute parties plaintiffs seek an order substituting Peggy Burns for Rebel Burns as next friend to Steve Burns, on the ground that a court of competent jurisdiction has appointed Peggy Burns guardian of the person and property of Steve Burns.
