This putative “junk fax” class-action case under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, is back before me on the plaintiffs motion for leave to file an amended complaint. (Doc. 15).

I previously held that ARcare failed to state a plausible claim against either of the defendants, Centor U.S. Holdings, Inc., and Centor, Inc. (collectively, Centor). ARcare, Inc. v.
