Plaintiff obtained a decree of divorce from defendant on September 28, 1948. This decree awarded plaintiff custody of three children, $75 per month for the support of the children, and in lieu of alimony it awarded plaintiff certain personal property plus defendant’s interest in some tourist cabins which were purchased with the joint funds of the parties during their marriage.
