It is conceded that Mr. Henry T. Helm-bold was the original manufacturer of an article known'as “ H. T. Helmbold’s Highly Concentrated Compound Fluid Extract of Buchu,” and that he continued such manufacture for many years. On the 13th of September, 1872, the said Helmbold was declared and adjudicated a bankrupt, and on the fourth day of November of the same year an assignee in bankruptcy of his estate was appointed.
