Plaintiff Dong Van Nguyen brings this action against defendant Dobbs International Services, Inc. (Dobbs), under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e, et seq., 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and Missouri law. In Counts I and II, plaintiff alleges that defendant violated Title VII and § 1981 by discriminating against plaintiff, subjecting plaintiff to a hostile work environment, and constructively discharging plaintiff based on his race and/or national origin.
