Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Joan Sudolnik, J.), rendered December 20, 1990, convicting defendant, after trial by jury, of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of two to four years, reversed, on the law and the facts, and the indictment dismissed.
