STONE, Circuit Judge.
These are separate appeals from an order requiring turning over to the trustee in bankruptcy of the Parks Dry Goods Company of $1,500 and $500 by Taylor and by Duty, respectively.
The undisputed facts axe that Taylor was appointed receiver of the above company and Duty attorney for the receiver by the chancery court of Benton county, Ark. A month ■ later, an involuntary petition in bankruptcy was filed against the company and an adjudication followed two days later (February 13, 1931).
