OPINION OF THE COURT
GIBBONS, Chief Judge.
Louis Papineau, Director of the Delaware Development Office, appeals from a judgment against him in his official capacity and in favor of Helen Gelof in her suit under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634 (1982 & Supp. Ill 1985), 648 F.Supp. 912. Gelof was awarded damages totalling $325,201.65 plus post-judgment interest at the rate of 17%. The State of Delaware does not now dispute the district court’s liability determination.
