The appeal in this diversity case is taken from the district court judgment entered upon a jury verdict following the second trial; the first trial ended in a hung jury. The judgment awarded appellees, Estelle Jordan and William Graham, compensatory damages totalling $11,500, and punitive damages totalling $22,500, against appellants Kathleen and J.M.
