In an appeal by J. 0. McDougal from an order of the Civil Service Commission of North Little Rock, the circuit court treated as a demurrer McDougal’s motion to dismiss charges preferred against him by the Commission. The charg’es resulted in Mc-Dougal’s dismissal from the position of chief of detectives and superintendent of the bureau of identification of the police department of the City of North Little Rock.- The motion, when so treated as a demurrer, was sustained, with the order that “. . . the charges against J. 0.
