BATEMAN, Justice.

The appellant Aetna Insurance Company seeks the reversal of a judgment against it in favor of appellee Monette Guy Durbin under the “medical pay” provision of a “Family Combination Automobile Policy” issued by it to her. Appellee also sued Hardware Mutual Casualty Company, which had issued a garage liability policy to one Ralph Byington, d/b/a Byington Motor Company, which policy also had a provision for payment of medical expenses.
