The parties to this suit represent opposing factions in an incorporated religious association of members of the Greek Church faith located in the city of Grand Rapids, Michigan. The issue raised involves the right between the two factions under its *101articles of association and by-laws, as originally adopted, to possess, occupy and use for purposes of its organization the church property belonging to said corporation.
