The appellant brought this action to recover possession of nineteen acres of land on St. Helena Island, in Beaufort County, formerly owned by Berry Wroten, deceased, who died intestate some time prior to 1927. The respondents are grandchildren and heirs-at-law of Berry Wroten, and are in the possession of the land in dispute, having lived thereon with their said grandfather until his death, and continuously since that time.
