MEMORANDUM OPINION ‘ AND ORDER
SUHRHEINRICH, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment. Pursuant to Local Rule 17(f)(2), the Court shall decide this motion without oral argument.
This suit arises out of a toxic exposure to defendant’s product, Calo-Clor, suffered by plaintiff. On November 20, 1984, Richard Fitzgerald was working as a greenskeeper at Salem Hills Golf Course, a position he held for eighteen years.
