HALL, Chief Justice.
This is a trespass to try title action instituted by appellants J. N. Peterson, Ben B. Peterson, and Mrs. Rosa Mae Griffin, brothers and sister, heirs of D. J. Peterson and wife, both deceased, against appellee W. H. Holland, lessee of the International-Great Northern Railroad Company, and concerns the title to 14.6 acres of land, a part of the Ruddle Survey comprising a segment of the right of way of said Railroad.
