In this interlocutory appeal and cross-appeal, the parties challenge various portions of the trial court’s order granting in part and denying in part a motion to dismiss undér the Texas Citizen’s Participation Act (TCPA), Chapter 27 of the Civil Practice and Remedies Code. See Tex. Crv. Prac. & Rem. Code §§ 27.001-.011. Because we have no jurisdiction over an interlocutory appeal of the portion of the order granting the motion to dismiss, we dismiss the appeal by Schlumberger Limited and Schlumberger Technology Corporation.
