This is a case arising under 28 U.S.C. § 1334(a) and having been referred to this court is determined to be a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(G) in which the creditor-movants, Robert and Nancy Knez, seek relief from the automatic stay (11 U.S.C. § 362(a)) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(d) in order to institute foreclosure proceedings, alleging as cause a default by the debtor-respondents, Clifford and Kathy Bosteder, on a balloon payment due on a promissory…
