Ryan Nichole Whitehead (“the mother”) and Brandon Heath Whitehead (“the father”) were divorced by an October 2008 judgment of the Calhoun Circuit Court (“the trial court”). The parties have not specified the exact terms of the custody arrangement set forth in their divorce judgment pertaining to the child born of the marriage.
