Earl R. Cleghorn petitioned this Court for the writ of certiorari after the Court of Civil Appeals reversed the decision of the trial court, which had modified a previous custody order and awarded Cleghorn custody of Cleghorn and Tina M. Bledsoe's minor daughter.
