ROBERTSON, Presiding Judge.
John Burdsall (Burdsall) appeals the granting of a motion for summary judgment by the Madison County Superior Court in favor of the City of Elwood and Webb Morris (Morris), Mayor of the City of Elwood.
We affirm.
The facts most favorable to the non-moving party show that John Burdsall had been an employee of the Elwood Fire Department for eleven years prior to bringing this lawsuit.
