This is an appeal by Dave Cox from the chancellor’s order which rescinded appellees’ contract for the purchase and installation of a fiberglass swimming pool and refunded to appellees their consideration of $13,500.00.

In 1986, appellees contracted with defendants, All American Fiberglass Pools, Inc.; appellant, Dave Cox, doing business as Dave Cox & Company; and The Tipton Company, Inc., for the purchase and installation of a fiberglass swimming pool in appellees’ yard.
