JURISDICTION
Jurisdiction of this court is proper pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334(a), 28 U.S.C. § 157(a), (b)(1) and (2), and Local Rule 29 of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.

This case involves a recreational summer home which is located on real property within the Snoqualmie National Forest subject to a “Term Special Use Permit”.
