The Federal question presented is, whether the Michigan courts gave force and effect to the first section of Article IV of the Federal Constitution, which provides that “full faith and credit shall be given in each State to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other State.” That this is a Federal question is not open to doubt.
