Defendant, Dale Frascella, was charged with arson in that by means of an explosive device he destroyed an automobile owned by his former fiancee, Pamela Cherskov. He entered a plea of guilty to that offense and was sentenced to a term of five years. After the trial court denied defendant’s motion to vacate his guilty plea, he appeals. Defendant contends that his guilty plea was involuntary because the prosecution caused him to have a misconception of the evidence.
