Defendant, Ron Spicer, pleaded guilty to the crime of burglary in the circuit court of Rock Island County and was sentenced to a term of not less than two years nor more than ten years in the penitentiary. He now appeals, alleging that the trial court erred in refusing to allow him to withdraw his guilty plea and in imposing an excessive sentence.
