Case Summary and Issue

[1] Michelle Converse appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor *624 of Elkhart General Hospital, Inc. on her claim of negligence. Converse presents only one issue for our review, whether the trial court erred when it granted summary judgment in favor of Elkhart General. Concluding the trial court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of Elkhart General, we reverse and remand.
