Mrs. Euth Hendricks brought suit in the superior court against C. A. Manry, the petition as amended alleging in substance as follows: She and Manry became partners in a partnership business, the management of which was left to him, she looking entirely to him for a full and fair accounting so far as her interest was concerned.
