This action in equity is to compel an accounting between partners, in which the defendant has appealed from a decree directing him to file an account. The parties hereto, residents of Punxsutawney, Jefferson County, entered into a partnership in the spring of 1922, which continued until July 1, 1926, when dissolved by mutual consent. That there was a partnership is admitted; the vital question is as to what it embraced. D. E.
