Determination unanimously modified and as modified confirmed, without costs, and matter remitted to Erie County Grievance Board for further proceedings in accordance with the following memorandum: Petitioner was hired as a mathematics and chemistry professor at the Erie County Community College Urban Center in September, 1967.
