Judgment unanimously reversed on the law without costs and relief granted, in accordance with the following Memorandum: Petitioner, the Director of the Library at respondent Community College, was reappointed to that position in June of 1989 for a one-year term ending on August 31, 1990. Petitioner was suspended without pay for 10 working days, effective August 18, 1989, and that same day, was served with written charges alleging intentional administrative violations. Petitioner requested a hearing, and on August 26, 1989, was advised that her 10-day suspension would continue indefinitely…
