Reversing.

The appellant, Harry Griffith, was indicted with Ms brother, Frank Griffith, and Milton Hally, charged with the murder of John Harshbarger, and upon a separate trial was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment. His defense was an alibi, quite reasonable and well supported.
