This suit is by injunction, the plaintiffs being taxpaying citizens of the Jamesville Special Road District of Stone County and the defendants being the three commissioners of such special road district, the county treasurer and ex officio treasurer of the special road district, and the Weber Implement and Auto Company, payee of certain warrants issued by the road district.
