This action is brought in ejectment to recover two parcels of real property, known respectively as Nos. 108 and 110 West Eighteenth street, in the borough of Manhattan, city of New York, which were formerly owned by one John Tonnele, who died in 1846. By his will he devised property, including these premises, to his executors, the income therefrom after his wife’s decease to be applied to the suitable education and support of his granddaughter, Rebecca T.
