Evans, Judge.

On April 20, 1971, Edith Abrams borrowed a sum of money from Commercial Credit Plan, Inc. under the Industrial Loan Act. The note was signed on the above date and the note itself provided in prominent lettering: "Date of Loan — 4/20/71.” The first installment payment due on said note was June 4, 1971 — the note setting forth in prominent lettering: "First Payment Date — 6/4/71.” Each payment was to be $42 and the number of payments were to amount to 24.
