This is an action for specific performance of an easement agreement brought in 1987 after defendant allegedly refused to permit plaintiff to work on a septic field on defendant’s land as permitted under their recorded easement agreement. In April 1989, defendant filed a counterclaim which sought to limit plaintiff’s use of the septic field and for unspecified money damages resulting from overuse and the subsequent resulting damage to the septic field.
