MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
LEONARD DAVIS, District Judge.
Before the Court are Defendants’ Post-Verdict Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law (“JMOL”) and, in the Alternative, Motion for New Trial (“MNT”) (Docket No. 583), Plaintiffs’ Amended Motion for Entry of Final Judgment (Docket No. 586), and Plaintiffs’ Amended Motion to Vacate Sanctions Award (Docket No. 587). For the reasons stated below, the Court GRANTS Defendants’ motion for JMOL and MNT (Docket No. 583) only as to misappropriation of Trade Secret # 1 and DENIES the motion in all other respects, GRANTS in part Plaintiffs’ motion…
