Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Walsh, J.), entered October 14, 2014 in Albany County, which, among other things, granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Plaintiff commenced this action alleging that she sustained a serious injury within the meaning of Insurance Law § 5102 (d) when an ambulance owned by defendant, which was operating under a nonemergency situation, ran into the rear of her vehicle at a low speed as she attempted to enter a traffic circle in November 2009.
