MEMORANDUM OPINION

Wells Fargo Financial Leasing, Inc. (“Wells Fargo”)1 filed on December 3, 2003, a motion for relief from the automat*921ic stay.2 Brian T. Alexander, Debtor, filed on February 24, 2005, a Motion to Use Cash Collateral. Debtor and Wells Fargo submitted a joint stipulation of facts on May 6, 2005. The Court, having considered the stipulation of facts and the arguments of counsel, now publishes this memorandum opinion.
